Definitions is an ongoing visual experiment that reinterprets language through imagery. Each photograph becomes a loose translation of a word—Play, Leisure, Sweat—examining how meaning shifts when paired with color, context, and typography. The project blurs the line between documentation and design, inviting viewers to reconsider how we define the ordinary moments that shape human experience.
Definitions started as a playful way of naming what I was seeing around me—friends caught between motion and pause, the quiet absurdity of leisure, the in-between moments that rarely get labeled.
